2(ish) week old chick with balloon feeling area on chest

I have a 2 week old barred rock that I noticed today had an odd growth on the left side of her chest. It feels like a partially filled balloon. The chick is active, eating, and drinking. Housed with two other chicks on pine shavings. Any advice on what it is and how to treat it would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like it is on the chick’s right chest, and that would be the crop which contains the food and water after it is eaten.
