My little black copper marans chicks are almost 3 weeks old and boy can I tell that at least two are roos. They have a bigger comb and it sort of folds over. It's also redder and they have the red baby wattles on the side of their beaks. Oddly enough, though, it's only two, so I have this crazy hope that the other 19 are all hens.... Maybe I won the chicken lottery since I sure can't win Powerball.
