I bought 3 Pekin ducks from Tractor Supply almost 2 months ago and I do believe I have 2 males and one female. Is this a problem? I know more females and less males is ideal. I am getting another one this month from a photographer that is getting a baby just for Easter pics. Of course, I don't know what it will be either.

welcome! unfortunately, yes.. usually at least 2-3 ducks per drake is recommended at the very least a pair, for a female to be kept with multiple drakes is of great concern and can even cause harm to her, over breeding as well as bullying.

You can add more ducks, or sell a drake.. i know not necessarily ideal but it's best for everyone involved.

Agreed. The two males will probably seriously harm your female. X2 on the pics! I would love to see your babies also going quackers :)

Thanks! I included bum pics to get your opinions. 2 look like they are starting to curl I think.

They are so cute! honestly you'll know by vocals before the drake curl will appear.... ducks(females, quack) drakes(males) has this raspy undertone... they don't have to be meat birds, many have Pekin as pets or again you can add more females.
