2 mo old chick having leg spasms

Hi! I've had chickens for years, no problems. We hatched some chicks about 2 mos ago from our sizzle rooster. We have a barred rock/sizzle who is so cute. Two days ago she started having weird leg spasms. It was 107 here in CA and I thought she might not be handling the heat. She is doing it today still, falling over and legs shooting out in weird directions. They have lots of shade, water, frozen corn/strawberry treats through out the day. Only one chick is doing it. She always has extra toes but that has never bothered her...any ideas??

Is she acting sick in any other way?

Give some poultry vitamins with electrolytes, such SaveAChick or Durvet with a dropper. and keep her inside until she is doing better.

OK, I'll give her the vitamins. She isn't acting sick, she is running around the yard with her chick friends and following the mama chicken.. I'll bring her in tho. My kids will love it
