I have two sister hens sitting on one nest taking turns to cover. I want to move them to a separate coop away from the general population and on the first floor. Should I put BOTH hens in there since they have been sharing responsibilities when sitting on the clutch? There are 5 eggs (4 banty and 1 full size that I snuck in to see what happens since this is my first time)

I'd just move one hen.. the one that you think will stay broody after the move.

I agree with moving just the one hen. My silkies like to set eggs next to each other but they end up stealing the eggs back and forth from each other. And once the chicks hatch they will peck at each other's babies because they are so close.
