2 month old chick getting pecked.

I have 13 two month old chicks and one adult hen. One of my chicks was pecked a couple weeks ago which resulted in a wound at the base of her tail feathers and loss of the feathers in that area of her back. I sequestered her away until she healed (feathers came back in and the wound was gone) and let her back out with the other chickens. Two days later her feathers are gone again and I could see the beginning of another wound. I am assuming it's the older hen that is doing this.

My biggest concern is that we are going out of town for a few days. I'm worried about having her with the rest of the birds but I don't have a good place to keep her isolated for that long. Any advice would be appreciated.

You can't put the older hen in a dog crate or something with a bunch of water and food?
