2 month old chick with swollen breast

I have a 2 month old chick that as swollen breasts. Not sure what is going on she was fine 2 days ago then this started. This afternoon she is having a problem walking. Although she does get up. Anyone know anything about this?

Is it the crop that is swollen or is it further down on the breast?

Does it feal like it is fluid filled or solid?
