2 month old duck with possible splayed legs

My two month old jumbo peckin I think has splayed legs with is new, he struggles to get around and it looks like he scoots and he uses his wing to move around, he struggles to pull his legs out from under him. Is it possible for me to fix this now? He got really sick and was week for about 14 days and was on antibiotics so I think him not using his legs to get around weakens them a lot. But is it too late to bind them together now that he is older?

Do you give them B vitamins? This could be a niacin deficiency.

I do and feed the brewers yeast and peas
