2 month old hen with runny nose - rest are okay

What I'm finding on searches is a mixed bag - should I be concerned?
I have 6 chickens all about 2 months old, only one has a runny nose and I noticed sneeze a few times. otherwise she seems fine - happy and healthy.
Any suggestions?

I'm going to sound like a broken record tonight, but even if it is not specifically coryza, the treatment options offered will still help.

A running nose is so hard to diagnose. I just had a similar situation and it is AIR QUALITY that is my problem, I sure did think it would be Coryza or some kind of CRD. I did a necropsy/post and nothing showed up. Thank goodness. Check for Ammonia by getting down about a foot from the coop floor and see what you smell. Dust is a concern, heat, too much lime. I wish you luck and am hoping to find a better solution to my stagnant air, even though I have three fans running all the time. I need more ventilation to the outside I suppose.
