2 month old New Hampshire Red crowing?????

All chicks have these bumps. But cockerels continue to grow into spurs. So sorry about your babies that turned into roosters.

I used to have a hen that crowed. She was an ameracauna, only about 3 and a half months old. I'm pretty sure she was mimicking the rooster, who crows a lot.
