She is acting like she can’t stand but she can.... does anyone know what this is and how I can treat it?? She is one of 10 that was hatched by an adult hen but the only one with this growth on her leg???

Chickens can get squamous cell cancer and this looks like it may be one. It looks like it can be removed, but would need to be done by a professional. At this location leg muscles, nerves and blood vessels are easily injured which can cause the leg to be useless (nerve damage) or worst case, the chicken can bleed to death. Also imagine the pain if the chicken is not anesthetized!! I wouldn't do that to my worst enemy. You need a vet. Reach out to your nearest vet university for help.

Ok thank you! I wasn’t sure of the severity of where it was located and if it was even removable? I have other growths on my chickens and was able to remove those, treat it and bandage it and they were ok but I have never seen this before.
