2 months on and Older Hens will not accept new Ones

The least you intervene the better.They'll work it out eventually if your coop and run are big enough . Just make sure the chicks have access to food and water & have hiding places.

Its the older hens job to teach the young chicks to respect the hierarchy and pecking order of the flock. Once your chicks learn to keep a safe distance away from them the older hen will eventually leave them alone.
