I got two more mystery bantams for y'all! Please help me out!

Very small, about 2 weeks old, hasn't grown a bit since I've had her. Two white stripes down her back when I move her wings to the side. No feathers on her legs.

Stands very low to the ground, her tail sticks straight up when she walks, solid black except for one white feather at the tip of her wing and white on her face, her chest and shoulders are starting to grey out
