2 New chicks not doing very well Help!

I just got a new shipment of 32 chicks in this morning from the PO 2 aren't doing to good. Very lethargic. I thought they were dead but I brought them in the house and started dipping their beaks in fairly warm sugar water and rubbing gently. They are under a heat lamp, next to the fire place. They started to pip again and now are sleeping up on their legs. They lift their heads when they hear a noise but still are not opening their eyes. Can I do anything else?

hard bolied egg yolk (only feed the yolk) and can you pick up some "Sav-A-Chick Electrolyte & Vitamin Supplement", locally? if not keep with the sugar water. hope your 2 little chicks make it.
