2 of my pullets are laying soft eggs

I have 3 easter egger pullets, they are about 19 weeks old. Last week the head one laid an egg, a nice perfectly formed small egg. The next day, the other 2 both laid eggs, with soft shells, which got broken almost immediately, though they didn't eat them or anything, it looked like the just stepped on them. Today (1 week later) same thing- first one laid perfect small egg, other 2 soft, broken. I'm giving them layer feed as of last week, plus extra calcium. Is this just a new pullet layer problem, or something else?

Give them some time it could be them getting adjusting to laying since they are so young. I would not stress just yet.
