We lost one of our breeding WH males sometime during the night and our oldest IR female just a few minutes ago. My heart is broken after losing both.
There was no change in diet.
The male didn't have any injuries or any other signs.

Duchess was still alive when I found both. Her head was swaying around like crazy before she finally passed away.
The rest of the ducks are acting normal and don't seem to know that any died.

Thank you everyone.
After talking with the lead of pet department at work about this, she said they may be low in Niacin so I may have to separate them from the chickens and feed them duck pellets instead of the mixed flock crumble.
You can use chicken feed but add 1tbs if nutritional yeast to 1 cup of feed
Also if they are low I would add vitamin B complex to their water for a little bit just to get them extra
I give all my ducklings the yeast till 10-12 weeks then I add it to adult feed a few times a week and just sprinkle it on

You should certainly feed them duck pellets if you can, but you can add brewer's yeast to all flock for your ducks. I use 1 tablespoon brewer's yeast sprinkled on top of each cup of crumbles or pellets

I might, I just need to figure out feed costs now that I'll be buying two different feeds.

What feed were you using before? You can feed an all flock or flock raiser like Purina's that has the correct amount of niacin required for a duck, but also is a feed that chickens can eat.
