Now my advice is just relax (if possible

) and wait a month before you tell them.
I was less then 3 weeks pregnant with my son when I told my family, first thing I heard was why didn't we wait. Yeah they are kill joys.
We had been trying for over a year.

There is just something about clomid. I took that and nothing happened, but after that I did get pregnant with our DD, but didn't know it for 3 months.
they ran my blood test twice just to be sure.

Here's a funny story for you.
When I was pregnant with my DS I was visting my MIL and we were talking about how hot it was, well my FIL came and told me that it wasn't that hot and we didn't know what hot was.
I told him," We'll talk about how hot it is when you are 5 months pregnant."
He left and MIL about fell out of her chair laughing.
