We have had terrible luck integrating our chicks, within minutes, if not seconds, the big ones chase and peck the crap out of the little one...So we've had to keep them separated...We're getting the young one, that was an only survivor of a batch of eggs, a roommate tomorrow morning so we're hoping they can form a bond and then give those 2 big meanies a run for their money!...hehe
And real ideas on integration, are WE being too concerned with the pecking?...It's not like they draw blood(we haven't left them together long enough though, WE turn into mushy parents at first peck) so I was wondering if it's like joining a gang and they just have to get jumped in, thoughts?!?!?!...
