2 week old americauna pullets with mucousy-blood in stools advice?

Hi I just brought home 2, 2week old americauna girlies and they seem healthy and are eating and drinking, but I've noticed some frank blood (red) that is mucousy or stringy with their poop. could this just be from the stress of relocation? Or is there more I should be concerned about?

I haven't had chicks for a while, but isn't that a sign of cocci?

That is not a normal poop. It is usually a sign of cocci in young chicks. Even on medicated feed, they can still get cocci and they probably picked it up from where you got them.
