2 week old chick being pecked at my Momma hen bloody open wound!

I have a broody hen with 4 2 week old baby chicks. There have been no problems until today. I found that one of the chicks was all bloody and had two bad wounds one bigger than the other. What should I do to help it? What can I put on it? I would like to avoid separating them because I would hate for it to be lonely. Please help I don’t know what to do!!

If the hen is pecking at it, I think you will have to separate them. To treat it, clean it gently with sterile saline if you have it, then when cleaned, you can apply some Neopsporin.
