2 week old chick breathing hard

Not sure why but I have 1 out of 16 chicks that is breathing hard since this morning.. I havent changed anything added or taken away havent switched food, the bedding is changed every day fresh dirt to scratch in fresh clean water usually twice a day.
Anyone have any suggestions I feel sad for her

How is this chick behaving otherwise? Is it eating/drinking, moving about like the others or is it lethargic? If you are putting dirt in the brooder I'd be very concerned about coccidiosis.

Acting normal otherwise yes eating drinking moving about. Not much dirt a little in a shoe box for them to dig around in

I would remove the dirt and replace it with wood shavings or sand what are you using for bedding?
