2 week old chick coughing

we have 4 chicks in a brooder one of them is sneezing an coughing they are on med feed should i give them something or just hold of an wait.

diluted apple cider vinegar. They say nebulizer with oxine works. I have not tried it. Make sure the nose is clear wich means you have to pick off any scabs.
