2 week old chick has a wart-like growth on his head

Hello, I'm asking about one of our classroom chicks that we incubated, they are 2 weeks now and this morning it was noticed that one has a large wart-like lump on it's head, any insight would be wonderful as we are not experienced!

Could it be a boo boo?
Could another chick have pecked it and it is a healed wound?
Very hard to tell from this pic.
