2 week old chick lethargic

Hi, new to these boards. New to chickens. (sort of - its been years since I have done anything bird wise)
We just got 6 Buff Orpingtons. 2 weeks old.

One of the chicks appears to be more lethargic and wanting to sit/stand under the brooder light. She drinks and will eat but has less interest in both. When I have picked her up, her rear body feels, bigger/enlarged/more engorged maybe kinda fuller than it should be. The vent doesnt look raw, there isnt any crust there. I've massaged it gently with warm watery paper towel but nothing comes out, course she objects strongly to this. Crop appears to be a bit puffy as well.

Try some olive oil soaked bread if you think there's something in her croop. Hope that helps.

You may also want to add some vitamins/electrolytes to the water to give it a little bit more of a boost.
