2 week old chick suddenly weak and thin! Please help!

Our hen hatched out eggs around 2 weeks ago, and the chicks were doing great. I was outside checking on our other coop and noticed one of the chicks was sitting about 3 feet away huddled on the ground, this chick usually runs away but this time it let me just pick it up. It had some diarrhea (yellow runny poo) and is super thin, last time I held this chick which was maybe Sunday she seemed fine. The moms (our hens comparent) are avoiding it and she seems very weak. She seemed fine this morning, running around and eating but now she is hardly moving.

I'm going to suggest coccidiosis. Symptoms are diarrhea, lethargy, blood in the poop, and eventually death if not treated. I would start everyone on Corid right away.

Yeah the chick died last night so we are gonna coop up the free rangers add medicated chick food and if we notice anything we are gonna get corid. We are keeping a close on all of them.
