2 week old chick with lump

I am hoping the picture uploaded. I have 6 x 2 week old chicks: 3 white sultans and 3 Easter eggers. Picked them up last week and they are all normal active chicks. This morning one of the Easter eggers had a lump on her chest and the feathers are coming off. It was the size of her chest and seemed sensitive to the touch. Any insight on what this is? Also is it contagious?

Has it been like that for very long? I would just wait and watch it, and not attempt to do anything as long as the chick is behaving normally. Chances are it will disappear before too long.

She lost a few feathers yesterday evening from that area, but it was not swollen like this morning. Is there any risk to keeping her with the other chickens?

I see no risk keeping her with the others, as long as she isn't acting sick. It's most like a harmless cyst, and it will likely absorb back into her system.
