2 Week Old Chicken suddenly Lethargic

I have 7 new baby chicks, all has been well they are on medicated feed. Today I noticed my gold lace wyandotte was not really moving around at all. She just stands with her feathers puffed out and head tucked like she's sleeping. I've noticed she's a bit smaller than her brooder mates (one is a SL wyandotte, same age) and doesn't seem to be preening or cleaning herself. First time with chickens. Any suggestions or help?

Also, the other chicks are very friendly with her and not picking at her. They actually cuddle up around her and sleep at her feet.
