2 week old jersey giant with 2 red bumps and a bald spot?

my two week old jersey giant was a perfect pullet, until this morning when i left, but when i came home around dinner, i noticed she had a bald spot on her neck with 2 or 3 red bumps. none of the other 5 chicks have any problems...any ideas what this could be? thanks!

Is she scratching that spot too? I know my chicks get itchy when their feathers are growing in and sometimes wood dust makes them itchy too, if you're using chips. Is she close enough to the heat lamp to get blistered? Is she with any other chicks that could have picked her?

yeah i saw her scratch the spot once and i am using wood chips, and i swear the grow more feathers everytime i loook at them! the heat lamp is pretty far up right now, and it has been closer in weeks before this, and she was fine. i thought about the other chicks picking at her, and while i never saw any peck her, they have been kind of wild latley since there starting to kind of use there winngs...im just trying to figure out if this will go away by its self or is there something i should do? i heard that the runt can somtimes be picked on, but she is the biggest pullet i have right now!
