2 week old possible Roo

This is a lemon blue cochin, at 2 weeks, it is the only one out of 14 that is getting such a prominent comb. I plan on keeping one roo, but hope to not have to send too many to freezer camp. What do you think? roo??

That comb sure is awful red at 2 weeks old. I say with the color and size you have a roo.

yeah, I'm thinking I just might have to keep him. Now if only the others don't decide to grow combs and learn to crow

he'll be your favorite, too. My rooster had SO much personality.....
but he had to go......... miss him dearly.
Although I don't miss the "attacks" when I first let him
out of the coop in the AM... would "size-me-up" daily...
making sure I wasn't making a move on his ladies...
