Can you see the pics now?2 weeks is a little to young to sex them, and breed is easier to tell when they are older (6-10wks), so you may want to repost pics then. You are welcome to post some now, though for some guesses on breed
I am also new to chickens. And not sure about the one you’re holding in your hand, looks a bit dark to me. But the one in the plate looks like mine when they were little, bantams breed.And now at 5wks old they look like the dark Brahma bantams breed. I bought mine at TS and lady supposedly sexed them from a straight run, saying they were all females, but three look like cockerels to me.View attachment 1402367 These were hatched in my daughter's classroom and all I know is that they are bantams.... No idea what kind. Any help with identifying type would be helpful. Also, can you sex a bantam at this age? If so, how?
