We have about a 2 week old Chick, hatched in the Bator. This poor little guy has been a struggle. He had curl toe in both feet. After 48 hours in shoe's only 1 would correct. We tried again foot would still not correct, and now trying to correct it, it caused it to go splay leg. I then noticed yesterday it's Crop is impacted, so we took it's food away. Have been feeding it water via syringe, and massaging crop. It doesn't seem to want to go down. Seems like it's even bigger tonight. Also noticed the leg that won't correct is swollen. I can really use some suggestions. Please.

CTP = Riboflavin deficiency - Vitamin B Complex, Riboflavin-rich foods are egg, salmon, liver, beef, pork, spinach, nuts, and sesame seeds. Nutritional yeast is also a good source. You might try making her a shoe to stretch out the toes - Using Vet Wrap sandwich feet flat open with toes extended. Check out the website of PoultryPedia

Thank You so much.

Forgot for the impacted crop, have read here about coconut oil (cut small pieces) & massaging crop.
Thank You. This little guy belongs to a child with a Sensory Processing Disorder. He doesn't understand what's wrong with his chick.

Sadly our poor little guy didn't make it. We thought he was on the up swing. His crop had emptied he had a little spring to his step. Then some time yesterday afternoon he herniated something out his vent area that was not supposed to be on the outside.
