2 wk old Chick keeping head down

Hi I have a 2 week old barred rock chick about a week ago I noticed she always had her head tucked down but I just assumed she was tired, I’ve been keeping an eye on her and have noticed it’s all the time sometimes I’ll see her lift it for a second but she puts it back down right away. I’m scared she won’t make it. Any help advice please. I have her on chick starter lamp on 24/7 and fresh water and bedding everyday. My other chick seems to be perfectly fine. How's her poop? She looks like she may have Coccidiosis by the way she's fluffed up.

It looks pretty normal I think .She just did this one. these are also only the second pair of chicks Ive raised so I’ll let you be the judge. I do think it looks a little dry though

Yep looks like a normal poop. I'd still treat the chicks just in case. It could have been caught early.

I usually use the liquid, but yes it'll work.

They can get Coccidiosis from woodchips, so it's fairly common.

I'm waiting for a second opinion.

Wow I had no idea I’ve been using wood chips for them, and they kick the chips into the water and I have to clean it out regularly so I’m guessing when she drank the water with the wood chips and got sick from that.

They can pick it up by eating the little bits, from woodchips too.
