2 youngest chicks bullied by 4 'toddlers"

I started with 6 chicks, but one of the the 2 that were a week younger had accidental death when they when first when first given run vs brooder. I replaced with one even a week younger then put 4 oldest in run/ coop full time and left the 2 youngest in brooder. NOW THEY ARE ALL IN THE COOP BUT THE 2 YOUNGEST ARE OFF TO THEMSELVES AND SOMETIMES GET CHASED AWAY WHEN THEY TRY TO JOIN THE OTHERS (rarely pecked) should this end as the 2 younger grow bigger? ?
