20% Crumbles?

We are out of Duck food and I ran to the local feed store and could only find one type of crumbles. They are locally milled and organic, but 20% protein. The ducklings are 5 and 6 weeks old, and it's a 50 pound bag, so will last 2 weeks or so. Will this work? I don't want them to get angel Wing or something. Thanks!

I could only get a 27% protein starter crumble, so I did what Holderread does - add rolled oats (not instant) to cut the protein down. If you are good with numbers you can figure out how many parts oats to add to the feed. If not, I can get my pencil out and figure it for you.
