20 hr old poults still wet

I've got three Turkey poults that are still very wet looking, I haven't opened the incubator at all, they are between 18-24 hrs old, any suggestions?

They should finish drying out in the brooder with lower humidity. None of my chicks dried properly until they were out.

It sounds like the humidity is very high, but if they are hatching leave them be they will dry when you put them into the brooder, plus if you don't have a fan in the bator that slows drying also.
