20 week silkie sexing help

They both look like pullets. 😊
Edited to say I did not see the other grey bird photo initially. The one standing on a piece of wood. That one may be a cockerel. He has the stance and feathering. Can you get a close up of the comb?

Yup! "She's" called Spike (bc "her" bestie is the one photobombing and he's called Petrie lol) and is my little cuddle buddy I'll get some tomorrow and post :)

Are they making any noises such as crowing or clucking?
They are making little noises... they are chatty....but the kind of sound like finches or tiny ducks lol
They also act like girls I think like they will take food from the others they don't often come get their own. Could be just that they are the smallest. Spike (the grey one with a black poof) does tend to wait for the other 2 to go in the coop before she/he goes in but otherwise they don't have any rooster qualities i can see. They are not aggressive and are quite content to snuggle up together in the day time.
I haven't gotten a closer picture of their faces but no one has wattles or raspberries that I can tell (actual, oldest roo Dre...is a silkie brahma mix i think) and he had a definite raspberry by 15 weeks...it and wattles and was turning red by 20. But I'm not sure cause these guys are full silkie and bantam.
Plus these are my first chickens 🐔

Ok then there is a high probability they are pullets, they are at the age when (if they were Roos) would fight and crow... so I think you have some happy hens!
