20 weeks old and I am still bamboozled!

I have 2 lavender and 1 blue Ameraucanas. None have saddle feathers or pointy neck feathers. Is it too early to tell or do those feathers come in later?

at 5 months, yes, they would come in.

But posting pics would be simpler

post some pics but it sounds like you might have all pullets. a cockerels saddles and hackles come in at about 13-15 weeks and are clearly visible by 20
