Yes, we have a regular squirrel season here PC. Every Fall. Better than rabbit, takes 5 or 6 to make a nice meal of fried squirrel, gravy and biscuits
We live in the country where squirrel are not considered pests. Takes a good eye, aim and patience to shoot a squirrel in a tree!
Hubby is out squirrel hunting as I type, so I'm sure it's on the menu for tomorrow night
So, how does squirrel taste? What parts do you eat, and last but not least, how do you cook them?
