All you guys are with your first blocks are doing GREAT!!! Yours gumpsgirl and you skand are really SHINING!!!! Enjoying it and stretching are the biggest and best thing!! It's so cool to see these!

Makes me feel good all under!!!!

Well I got the corners the first time. Yay. lol Even the lady at church that refuses to use a machine to do quilts could not believe that I was showing her my first ever block. "You mean to tell me you have NEVER done these before? Look at those corners! You do them better then I do and Ive been doing this for 40-someodd + years!"
All I could do was bow my head and blush! Now that's a compliment!

WOW TODAY IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL DAY .. WE CAN ACTUALLY SEE A BIT OF SUNSHINE.. ITS 50 DEGREES HERE..

GOT MY FIRST ADDRESS .. I AM SENDING MY FIRST BLOCK EVER TO WILDSKY..

A LITTLE NERVOUS.. I WILL TRY TO DO MY BEST .

WELL IM OFF TO THE FABRIC STORE..

Well one thing is for sure, a month is along dang time, lol!! I am done with all three of my blocks and when I send this one I'll have to wait for the shuffle to know who to make the next 3 for, lol!! This is for Leepsy, hope she likes it...

....just looking at this block thinking how much prettier it would have been to make triangles of all the four corner patches too..I hope I get brave enough on my next one to try that, I think I would like the way it would look..worried about the sizing though, those triangles have a way of making me throw things away!!!!
