2009 Quilt block of the month - February

When you figure that out let me know, my jeans do that ALL the time - they shrink on the sides.

I can't figure it out.

If you all move the March swap to a different thread please let me know with a link because with 20 chicks and 11 pups and 3 dogs and 17 chickens out side and my knee still healing from surgery, I am not on the other parts of the boards much. Thanks

Great blocks ya all.

This is a common problem with denim!

Wildsky-- If you want to I'll start a March Quilt Block Swap Thread. I'll just copy and paste the rules on post 1 of this thread and then I'll try my best to scramble the names. So if you can, in the title of this thread, put in February. This way they (moderators) will know that this thread can be closed on the 28th of Feb. if need be.

Don't forget to have your blocks sent out by the 20th of Feb. so pics of the blocks can be added here before the thread is closed.

Leepsy if your talking about the labels that you transfer by pressing and the ink goes into the fabric this is what I do.
I go over it with permanent fabric marker to make sure it doesn't fade out over washings.
I know that a friend of mine used the ones you transfer onto fabric via the computer and printer and then found out that the ink from your copier is not permanant and washes right out. She uses the permanant fabric markers as well.

CAN'T WAIT FOR MARCH!!!!

Chicken women, I'm glad the blocks made their way safely to you! Please let me know if you end up needing more.

I miss you all... I'm not on here much this week because we've been busy working on the new house. We have been busy painting and getting it ready so we can move in soon! The first room that we have totally painted is the one that will be the office and my sewing room!

I cannot wait... it has a big closet. That means lots of room for fabric!!!

So glad to hear that the working on the house is going well. Remember to pray for someone so that you won't get stressed out. I'll sure be praying for you and Wildsky this week and next.

Thanks again for the fabric.
