2009 Quilt block of the month - February

Beautiful blocks, Puff. Maybe some day I will be able to put blocks together like so many of you do. Those are really special and anyone would be lucky to get one.

Well it turns out it was her sister and her niece that went with us, and I wound up coming home with a rally nice pretty Blue Splash Silkie Hen! If I had more money with me I would have bought one in each color the guy had! So I will check on her through out the day and see how she is getting along.

ANd will then spend the day cutting out and sewing the rest of the blocks I need and get them ready to mail out this coming week.

If this doesn't beat all. The beginning of Feb. I ordered some chicken material. It didn't come, it's not been charged on my card, and I can't remember the name of the place. So my first block will not have chickens on it, but there will be burgundy, like requested.
I'll probably be mailing it off Monday.

TIRED!!! our guild made turbons for the cancer patients today.. been sewing all day..

Those blocks are looking soo good... Cant wait to get mine..
