Whoa Marlin... you sound like my hubby. He does happen to use the term "practice" a lot.... But that's enough on that subject!

Chuck, I completely agree with you. That's my plans, focus on paying down debt now and spend time building our relationship before adding a baby to the picture. Hubby is just impatient... we have SO many friends with babies and he just adores babies.

Acre - your block for Skand looks great!

We just now got back home (my little nephew kinda sidetracked us when we went to my parents' to tag my new calf). No carpet store tonight - we were too busy playing with the baby.

Now I'm going to dig through my stash and see what I have for arabookworm's block... and decide on fabric for DH's grandma's quilt while I'm at it.

Volunteer him to babysit, including changing poopy diapers, etc.

That will chill his jets real quick!

My diaper changing days are long over, if the kid ain't housebroke, I don't babysit.

I helped raise my 20 nephews and nieces and some of the great nephews and nieces.

The thing is... he tells everyone he would love to babysit, but you're right - I ave yet to see him change a diaper!
