Hey thanks for the nice comments on that block! It was kinda hard. It looks better in the pic! It's a little poufy in the middle, how does one get all the points together without the pouf? I tried and tried, then just left it the way it is.
I'm a little bit late in getting around to signing up for this months swap, but I'll comit to my usual three blocks for the month if that is okay with everybody.
My brother is now in a stable condition for the time being. I have instructed his son and daughter to call me immediately if anything changes as I am the closest to them.
The weather is finally calming down enough here to start really getting the planting done in the garden.

Are you talking about the bulk in the middle where all the seams meet? If so, don't use the old standard of ironing to one side. Where there are a lot of seams are meeting kind of flatten them into a spiral and then iron. It's still bulky but not as bad.

Scrambled Egg, I have yours done I did it this morning. I"ll try and get it out today. Hope you like it. I found a short cut to do this pattern and I think I will make more of them. It's very easy.

Remember, signups aren't over until April 10th. By then the list may have changed enough that you might have a different person listed under your name.

Well, after learning that people had already finished blocks, I did your last night, and it's pink and blue! It's a basic 9 patch, I hope that's okay. I also finished leepsy's block!
So if we get more sign ups, I'd like 2 more blocks! Thank you. I'll post pics later to make sure you ladies like your blocks.
