Those bat houses are sold at Lowes and home Depot, you just have to make sure they are about 20 feet in the air on a free standing pole so they can find it with their radar like hearing..and the most important thing is to have it facing the mornign sun..they like that warmth in the morning..course I learned all this after we nailed one up on the side of my shed about 15 years ago only about 6 feet off the ground and facing the afternoon sun, lol!! Never had an occupant needless to say and too old too move. Good luck..they eat misquitos I hear!!
