Hm. I feel like your presence at the party is necessary in order to participate in the giveaway.

I'm sure there are lots of folks who wanted to make it for the donations raffle but for one reason or another they cannot, they won't be getting tickets though. It's only fair to those who will be attending.

I've emailed others that I think are coming but not on the sheet yet...We need forks etc... if no one signs up I can bring some

I'm tube feeding ginger so I won't be able to be there long. The earlier we can do the picture and the raffle the better for me

How many tables are there? Will there be an extra one for raffle prizes or should I perhaps bring a blanket to spread out on the ground for them

Could we perhaps do the raffle at 12 noon while people are eating. Unless Ginger fails before Saturday, it occurs to me that I can't be gone for more than 4 hours, she's so so weak, she's requiring constant care

At this point I'm planning on sticking to the agenda, we will do everything as time permits, I'm sure everything will work out.
