We don't worry about when the world is going to end. We are too busy enjoying life to the fullest. Had cousins that 'just knew' we would be without power and water when the year 2000 came around at midnight. They spent over $1000.00 on bottled water and dried foods. We had the last laugh.

I agree that was absolutely silly about the year 2000, however, dont laugh at being prepared, we keep dried goods, bottled water, water filters, VERY large generator, etc etc etc. Right now more than ever is the time to be prepared what with all of the wealth fleeing our great nation.

nice to know we wont have to worry about the asteriods in 2015, or 2026... lol.

Havent they been sure of these things before, and the time just comes and goes.

The world will end eventually, iam sure of it. And probably sooner than later... I doubt it'll be in three years though.

Its certainly not going so great right now... Its like theres mass hysteria and madness in the minds of people everywhere... their reasonings dont make sense. That scares me more than anything.

I watched the History Channel episodes and I have to admit that all the coincidental theories creeped me out a little bit. Nothing we can do about it though, so I just keep doing what I'm doing!

Oh, I agree. By all means we are very self sufficient. We live in the country and the water comes and goes so we are always stocked up and have lots of canned foods. I'm just not the kind to panic and preach to everyone about needing to go out and buy, buy, buy. They were taken advantage of by scam artist using the (2000) millenium year to their advantage. They bought a lot of useless stuff even though they were warned not to.
