Poultry Show Late Registration Starts 8am-10:20am. Judging starts at 10.30am. Adult (17 years old and older) entry fee is $5 and $3 for any additional entries. Junior entry fee is $3 and $2 for any additional entries. No limits on entries per person. An animal can only be shown in one class. (Entry fees only cover the ticket to get into the fair for the exhibitor only that has a bird entered in the show.)
Judging: Ribbons will be given out for 1st , 2nd , 3rd , 4th , 5th , and participation in each category. Show Champion $25 & Rosette, Reserve Champion $15 and Rosette. Class Champion Rosette. Awards subject to change.
Animal Care: Exhibitors will be required to feed and water their own animals and bring their own feed. All animals must be cared for by the exhibitor. This includes feeding, watering, and cleaning beds and pens.
Health Requirements: All birds will need to be NPIP tested and test negative for Pullorum-Typhoid. A copy of your 2012 - 2013 NPIP Flock Certificate, NPIP #, or Pullorum-Typhoid testing report must be available. We must have a copy to keep on file. We ask that your birds be healthy and parasite free.
Injury or Loss: Individuals in charge of the show, judges, or other individuals affiliated with ensuring show guidelines are upheld, will not be responsible for losses or injury to people, birds, or equipment, in transit to/from or during the show.
Parents will be responsible to supervise children. Anyone who disturbs the birds will be asked to leave without refunds. Birds may not be removed from the cages to run loose.
