We could probably use a few more people on the cleanup crew. We will want to make sure everything is as presentable as possible for the auction. So if you plan to stay for the evening poultry auction, this may be the best place for you to volunteer.




Lots of great Raffle Drawing items have been donated so far including some really cute stuff Jcatblum and the girls have made.

Now that it is getting closer, if you have not PM'd Muesky with your potluck item, please do so soon.

My girls love craft things, but I hate the mess it leaves behind! I think they did some chargers & tiles like last yr. if anyone wants rooster coasters they can make a set or two.

I was planning to get some crepe (sp?) paper streamers for separating the POOPS areas from the auction.

I think there are enough tables & chairs that we can use them to help serve as dividers also. I would love to use rope but was scared children might play or get hurt on it.
