Because my peafowl ruled the coop and then she went to a brooding attitude and hid under the nesting boxes and I didn't notice until I had hens standing around pecking on her. She has her own barn and pen to herself and continuing for at least 2 or 3 weeks. She will be by herself til her head is healed. I had no where to separate them til today anyway. Rather I let Thora eat my rooster or Colbolt eat my rooster, the water is outside and the food on the inside so I can't just lock the rooster outside because I would dehydrate my peafowl and starve my chickens. At least now I know peahens and chickens don't go good together.
