hope you get a good assortment. i'm getting three pullets each of blue cochin, buff orp, delaware, RIR, and speckled sussex...getting them from Ideal..will only end up keeping 5 or 6 but i wanted to order enough that Ideal doesn't have to add to many packing peanuts

Easter Egger packing peanuts from Ideal, 10 days old, they are solid little monsters!



I had to share we finally got our first egg from our bantam frizzled red cochin from Privett. She's almost a year old! We thought she was NEVER going to lay...she was attacked by dogs we use to have last summer that damaged a wing and then winter came up (we didn't supplement light) so maybe that was the delay. Its next to our red sex link egg, same age. I can't believe her little egg was so dark!

Can you post pics of the EE's that you got from Cackle? I am getting some from there and I am curious to see what colors I might get. I'd appreciate it!

Not a problems. I ordered 15, received 16, 6 are light colored and 9 are dark. I thought that was a pretty good split. I didn't get any good pictures of their legs but they are all kind of light right now but the EE packing peanuts from Ideal had light legs when we first got them but they have darkened over the last week.

Thank you! I only ordered 5 EE's and 10 of another kind. I hope I get some light and some dark too. They should be here in 5 days. I can't wait!

McMurray, they shipped out on the 16th and all arrived alive and very peppy. I ordered 25 and they sent me 27. This is my second time ordering from them and I'm very pleased!!

wow they shipped on a sunday, i thought they said they were shipping mine this fri or sat. Im cant wait, do you know what your free exotic chick is?
